Free Consultation
Founder Rob Lehnhoff meets directly with every prospective client for a free consultation to evaluate your space, identify your goals and understand your vision. He is flexible, offering daytime and evening hours to accommodate your schedule.
Proposal
Based on the size and scope of your project, we may need to develop a landscaping architectural design to determine a realistic timeline for getting a proposal back to you. Generally, this proposal only takes about a week.
Follow Up
Once you receive your personalized proposal, we will follow up with you within 24 hours to schedule a home visit to sit down with you and discuss the next steps face-to-face. At the meeting, we will review different aspects of the proposal, make any necessary final adjustments and present you with a contract.
Timeline
Upon signing the contract, we will clearly identify the timeline for the project, taking your schedule into full consideration. We will present you with an estimated start and finish date so you can plan accordingly. At Lehnhoff, we make it an utmost priority to remain on schedule to ensure that you can enjoy your outdoor spaces as soon as possible.
Project Installation
At Lehnhoff’s, we are committed to quality work and excellent customer service. It is our guarantee that there will always be a person on site who can answer any of your questions and communicate with you directly about any necessary decisions. For most cases, Rob is available on site for the duration of a project. We make sure to periodically sit down with you during the process and installation to ensure that we are meeting your expectations and address any potential changes.
Final Walk Through
During our final walk through, our main goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our final product. We will review every minor detail, address every concern and only turn the “keys” to your outdoor living space over when you have assured us that we have turned your vision into a reality.
